2. The Zero-Retention Policy

One of the core features of TravelOnPay is our strict Zero-Retention Policy. Unlike many other online PDF editors that may keep your files for days or weeks, our system is designed to purge data automatically.

Once you have successfully processed your file (e.g., merged or compressed it) and downloaded the result, the file remains in our temporary cache for a maximum of two hours. This two-hour window is provided solely to ensure you can re-download the file if your internet connection fails. After this period, our automated system executes a permanent deletion command, shredding the file from our servers completely. We do not keep backups, and we do not store copies.

3. Information We Collect

We collect very limited information to help us improve the user experience. This includes:

• Log Files: Like most websites, we use log files to see how the site is being used. This includes IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), and date/time stamps. This data is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
