TravelOnPay provides a suite of digital tools including, but not limited to, the AI Travel Itinerary Generator, Smart Booking Optimizer, Travel Plan Summarizer, Visa & Policy Generator, Trip Cost Calculator, and Real-Time Travel Insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
To fully utilize the features of TravelOnPay, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. TravelOnPay cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property laws or scraping data from our servers.
TravelOnPay utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate itineraries, forecast budgets, and summarize travel plans. While we strive for the highest level of accuracy, the outputs generated by our AI (including transit times, location details, pricing estimates, and opening hours) are for informational and planning purposes only.
TravelOnPay is not a licensed travel agency. Our Smart Booking Optimizer aggregates pricing data from third-party vendors, airlines, and hospitality services. We do not directly sell tickets or hotel rooms. All financial transactions for travel bookings are conducted via third-party partners. Therefore, TravelOnPay cannot be held liable for flight cancellations, hotel overbookings, pricing discrepancies, or any related damages. Users are strongly advised to double-check all bookings directly with the final service provider.
The Visa & Policy Generator is designed to provide general guidance based on publicly available diplomatic data. Geopolitical situations, health mandates (such as vaccination requirements), and visa regulations can change rapidly and without warning. The information provided by TravelOnPay does not constitute legal or official consular advice. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to verify all entry requirements directly with the embassy or consulate of their destination country prior to booking travel.
TravelOnPay offers both free and premium subscription tiers (Pro and Enterprise). By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard; however, there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. Notice of pricing changes will be provided to active users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If a payment fails or an account falls into arrears, TravelOnPay reserves the right to downgrade the account to the Free tier or suspend access until payment is resolved.
All content, features, algorithms, code, and UI/UX design found on TravelOnPay are the exclusive intellectual property of TravelOnPay and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission. The "TravelOnPay" name, logo, and 3D branding are protected trademarks.
In no event shall TravelOnPay, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelOnPay from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
